Smoke Source Analysis:

Heat treatment waste gas source

(1) Oil for quenching and tempering: oil vapor, hydrocarbons and other harmful gases in soot.

(2) Wash and turn blue: sodium hydroxide, sulfur dioxide, trichloroethylene, hydrochloric acid, acetone, benzene.

Among these pollutants, salt bath furnace exhaust gas and quenching oil fume are the main pollutants in heat treatment production in my country.


Fume collection scheme:

According to our experience, the common types of furnaces that need to be designed and collected in heat treatment fume purification projects are: table furnace, pit furnace, mesh belt furnace, quenching oil pool, a total of four working conditions. Top suction:

It is located near the fume source, and relies on the suction effect of the hood to inhale harmful substances into the hood, which has little impact on production operations and is easy to install and maintain. It is mainly used in the occasions where the pollution source cannot be sealed due to limited process or operating conditions. The top suction cover is set as an external cover above the harmful material source.


Side Suction:

After the exhaust gas is collected, it enters the pretreatment equipment, and then the exhaust gas enters the pure high-voltage electrostatic oil fume purification equipment and the high and low voltage electrostatic oil fume purifier.

The whole system fully considers the safety performance requirements of the actual operating environment of the equipment such as combustion and explosion in terms of material, process and structural design; the purification efficiency meets the national environmental protection emission limit requirements.


Fire protection system:

In view of the on-site conditions of the heat treatment process, the design of the fire protection system is one of the key points of the entire system. Our fire protection systems have the following features:

(1) The system is designed according to the safety assessment requirements. The equipment is equipped with a temperature control system. When the detected temperature reaches the set value, the system is powered off, the air inlet fire valve is closed, the automatic fire extinguishing system is turned on, and the fan stops running. All systems start automatically when the temperature drops to the set value.

(2) The equipment is equipped with an explosion venting device. When the equipment reaches the explosion limit, the venting disc is opened to relieve pressure.

(3) All connection points shall be connected with anti-static, and the equipment shall be grounded.

The fan adopts explosion-proof fan, and the motor and throat are explosion-proof.
