Modified Asphalt Production Items

Simple Overview: 

In the process of fermentation, storage, mixing, unloading, overflowing, loading platform, etc. of various asphalt materials, a large amount of asphalt flue gas with medium and low concentration will be generated. The flue gas contains a variety of organic substances, including carbocyclic hydrocarbons, cyclic hydrocarbon derivatives and other compounds, many of which are harmful to human health. Asphalt smoke contains various polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzopyrene, benzanthracene, and carbazole. Most of them are carcinogenic and strong carcinogens. The particle size is mostly between 0.1 and 1.0 μm, the smallest is only 0.01 μm, and the largest is about 10.0 μm. A variety of carcinogens represented by pyrene. The main way that it endangers human health is to adhere to the floating dust below 8 um and be inhaled into the human body through the respiratory tract. Therefore, it is very necessary to purify and treat asphalt flue gas so that the emission can meet atmospheric environmental standards.

02. Scope of application

It is located near the fume source, and relies on the suction effect of the hood to inhale harmful substances into the hood, which has little impact on production operations and is easy to install and maintain. Mainly used in occasions where the pollution source cannot be sealed due to limited process or operating conditions

The top suction hood is arranged on the outer hood above the source of harmful substances.

04. Asphalt flue gas purification system

The purification system designed and launched by Grass Green for asphalt flue gas is a combined purification system.
