Purification principle:

1. The dust enters the sinking device through the negative pressure airflow generated by the fan through the inlet of the dust collector. After the dust particles collide with the guide plate, the large particles settle first. The filtration and separation of the mixed dust containing fine dust is completed in the dust removal chamber through the separation of the filter element. .

2. When dust passes through the filter element, it is blocked on its surface by the filter element.

3. When the blocked smoke and dust continue to deposit on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter element also continues to increase. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the solenoid valve that controls the compressed air is opened, allowing the compressed air in the air bag to It is ejected from the hole of the blow pipe and instantly sprayed to the inner surface of the filter element, causing the dust particles deposited on the filter element to break away from the filter element surface and fall into the dust bucket under the action of high-pressure airflow, so that the entire filter element surface is cleaned (the cleaning system can also be manual control or time control).

4. The purified clean gas passes through the filter element and is discharged from the top of the fan room through the sound absorbing device.
