The duct type electronic air disinfector is an ideal air purifier for commercial central air conditioning systems, with a communication interface that can be connected to the building management system for remote monitoring. It can capture particles as small as 0.01 microns in the air and is usually used in the mixing section of combined air conditioning units, fresh air units and other occasions.


Features 

1. Captures 95% of particles larger than 0.5 microns in the passing air. 

2. Captures 90% of fungi and viruses, 70% of bacteria and 60% of dust mites. 

3. Excellent performance, can significantly capture various small particles, including particles of 0.3~0.5 microns. 

4. Washable pre-filter: The metal pre-filter is extremely durable and can withstand heavy cleaning actions; the special twisted metal pattern design increases the dust collection capacity and the effect is more ideal. 

5. High-energy ionization wire: The ionization wire emits 8000 volts of high voltage electricity, creating an ultra-high voltage gradient, which strongly charges the polluted particles. 

6. Dust collecting plate: The dust collecting plate is positively and negatively charged, and absorbs the charged polluted particles. At this stage, the voltage is reduced to 4000 volts, so that the dust collecting plates can be densely arranged to increase the dust collecting surface.


How it works 

Two-stage electrostatic precipitation filtration charges the particles in the air and captures air pollutants in a highly efficient manner.


First stage: ionization zone 

-Most large particles are captured by the pre-filter; 

-Smaller particles follow the airflow to the first stage of the dust collection chamber - the ionization stage; 

-They are ionized by a series of high-energy ionization wires (working voltage greater than 8000V).


Second stage: dust collection zone 

-Charged particles reach the dust collection zone; 

-Charged particles are adsorbed on dust collection plates with opposite polarity (working voltage greater than 4000V); 

-Air after electronic filtration circulates into the room.
