01. Overview

The food processing industry is broad and includes raw material handling, finished product processing, and cooking and frying. These processes generate pollutants in different forms, mainly oil fume, exhaust gas, dust and odor. These pollutants are prone to be monitored by the environmental protection department and pose a safety hazard to factories and employees.

Grass Green is a Sino-US joint venture waste gas environmental protection equipment manufacturer. 02. Scope of application

We can provide targeted solutions and equipment for the following conditions:

Fume and pungent odors produced by food factories such as instant food manufacturing, snack food production, deep processing of fruits and vegetables, and production of seasoning base materials during frying, frying, roasting, frying, drying, smoking and other processes.

Dry dust generated in various food processing workshops during transportation, loading, mixing, drying, screening, and pouring. Dust generated in certain conditions may be caking, hygroscopic, flammable or explosive

Fume with strong irritating odor produced by rosin hair removal of livestock products, meat smoking, aquatic product processing and other processes.

Odor produced by oil factories, wineries, onion and garlic products processing workshops, etc.


1.1.Product process: 

Process flow: raw material preparation → stirring → extrusion molding → cooling → drying → frying → conveying → lifting → seasoning → (packaging)

Equipment configuration: mixer → extruder → cooling bed → drying bed → automatic fryer → middle extraction seasoning → drum → (packaging)

Process Description:


Using potato starch as raw materials, after extrusion and curing, it is extruded from the die and cut. Produce shells, spirals, square tubes, and round tubes with novel designs. After drying, frying and puffing, it becomes a crispy, delicious and delicious snack food.

Using flour as raw material, it can be directly fried without drying, which is the most popular pizza rolls and fat sausages on the market.

Using rice, konjac, etc. as the main raw materials, it can produce nutritional compound reconstituted rice

Principle instruction :

The frying flue gas is treated by "spray tower/fin cooler → high efficiency filter → high efficiency electrostatic adsorption → pure high pressure filtration - fan - chimney discharge standard" to purify wet exhaust gas, spray tower wet purifier or fin cooling The filter cools the exhaust gas by spraying, the advance treatment system filters out the moisture, the pure high-pressure and electrostatic precipitator treats the hydrocarbons in the wet exhaust gas, and the activated carbon filter is used to adsorb and filter the organic waste gas, which is incomparable compared to the traditional organic waste gas treatment process. As the most advanced and optimized high-tech product to replace the traditional waste gas treatment process.

It is located near the fume source, and relies on the suction effect of the hood to inhale harmful substances into the hood, which has little impact on production operations and is easy to install and maintain. Mainly used in occasions where the pollution source cannot be sealed due to limited process or operating conditions

The top suction hood is arranged on the outer hood above the source of harmful substances.

It is mainly used in the occasions where the harmful substances are more harmful and the control requirements are high.


04. Asphalt flue gas purification system

The purification system designed and launched by Grass Green for asphalt flue gas is a combined purification system. It consists of spray tower, dry filter, plasma exhaust gas filter, electrostatic fume purifier, ozone generator, activated carbon adsorption equipment and other products according to the Combined on-site conditions. Asphalt dust generated in the mixing tank and other processes is treated with a dust collector.

The whole system fully considers the safety performance requirements of the actual operating environment of the equipment such as combustion and explosion in terms of material, process and structural design; the purification efficiency meets the national environmental protection emission limit requirements.
