2. Introduction of blowing and suction welding fume collection system

The blow-suction type indoor circulation integrated machine is designed to deal with the smoke and dust in the workshop by supplying air on one side and extracting the air on the other side. It has a built-in circulation purification device, and the air supply port can send the air out more than 10m away. The air supply layer with smooth horizontal flow is formed at the height.

The flue gas generated by the workers in the workshop will spread upward due to the high temperature. When the flue gas diffuses to the air supply layer, the transverse airflow of the air supply layer makes the flue gas move with the airflow, which prevents the further upward diffusion of the flue gas. The smoke and dust generated by the work of the workshop workers flows towards the air intake under the action of the negative pressure of the air intake, thereby entering the indoor circulation integrated machine.

The indoor circulation integrated machine draws air on the right side to generate negative pressure. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the air in the air supply layer flows to the air extraction side to supplement the gas drawn from the smoke and dust generation layer. The flue gas diffused to the air supply layer is also brought into the air outlet during this process, and then enters the indoor circulation integrated machine with the flow of air to be purified, and the purified air enters the air supply layer to join the next cycle.

The dust-laden airflow enters the air box from the exhaust port, and the airflow is evenly distributed to the filter elements through the guide baffle. Under the action of the filter cartridge type dust collector, the dust is adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge, and the clean gas is discharged through the outlet pipe .

This air supply method is especially suitable for welding fume control of large workpieces. The advantage is that there are only main pipelines, no branch pipelines, and the location of the main engine can be flexibly selected according to the site, reducing the interference between pipelines and workshop lifting operations. It is suitable for purification of smoke and dust generated in various welding (arc welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gouging welding, gas fusion cutting, special welding, etc.), polishing, cutting, grinding, etc. material recovery, etc.


3. System air volume calculation and selection configuration

The welding area adopts a blow-suction purification system for fume control. Each blow-suction purification system includes 2 blow-suction indoor circulation integrated machines with a processing air volume of 20,000m3/h. Each system can treat a welding area with a length of 35-45m and a width of 15-25m (length*width).


1# Riveting workshop

The welding operation area is 120m long and 18m wide. According to the standard of displacement ventilation: the number of air changes per hour below 5m is 10-20 times, and this time the value is 20 times, so the design flow rate Q=120*18*5*20= 216000m3 /h, and because the return air and supply air of the matching centralized dust removal and purification host are completed by one fan, the dust removal flow of the blowing and suction welding fume purification system is designed and calculated as half of the theoretical design flow, so the east workshop needs The dust removal flow Q=216000/2=108000m3/h, so a total of 3 sets (6 sets) of 20000m3/h blowing-suction indoor circulation integrated machines are selected for treatment, and the fan power of each equipment is 22KW.


2# Riveting workshop

The welding operation area is 80m long and 18m wide. According to the standard of displacement ventilation: the number of air changes per hour below 5m is 10-20 times, and this time the value is 20 times, so the design flow rate Q=80*18*5*20= 144000m3/h, and because the return air and supply air of the matching centralized dust removal and purification host are completed by one fan, the dust removal flow of the blowing and suction welding fume purification system is designed and calculated as half of the theoretical design flow, so the east workshop needs The dust removal flow Q=144000/2=72000m3/h, so a total of 2 sets (4 sets) of 20000m3/h blowing-suction indoor circulation integrated machines are selected for management, and the fan power of each equipment is 22KW.

4. Purification effect

1. Remove the welding fumes in the treatment area to the greatest extent, and the allowable concentration of dust in the air of the workplace is 4mg/m3 (time-weighted average allowable concentration).

2. There is no ash accumulation in the pipeline, and there is no pipeline fire phenomenon under normal working conditions.

3. The system runs continuously and stably, with easy operation, high equipment integrity rate and low failure rate.
