Single-machine collection scheme, that is, a die-casting machine corresponds to a combined system of collection + purification equipment. The collection cover is directly installed above the die-casting machine, and there is no need for pipelines on site. In this way, the oil mist generated by the die-casting machine can be collected directly from the source, which can not only reduce energy consumption, but also ensure a good oil mist collection effect and avoid oil mist diffusion. Will the installation above the die casting machine affect the normal operation? Will not! Our collection system has a mature linkage system. The collection cover is moved by electrical control. It is moved to open when changing the mold, and closed during normal casting. The shape and size of the collection hood will be designed according to the model of the die-casting machine and the layout of the workshop. Because the entire collection hood is large, the conventional design will hinder the process of driving and changing the mold. Therefore, our collection hood adopts a split structure. In the actual use process, just press the corresponding control key to open or close the collection cover, so as to achieve the purpose of not hindering the replacement and maintenance of the die casting machine.

At present, the commonly used die casting processes are hot chamber die casting and cold chamber die casting. Cold chamber die casting uses liquid metal as raw material, which is injected into the mold for die casting, and the mold wall is cooled by circulating cooling water. Hot-chamber die-casting is to turn metal chips into powder, and then inject them into a mold for die-casting after pre-heating. Electric heating is generally used for pre-heating and mold heating. In the process of die-casting production, flue gas, heat, dust, etc. will be generated. These flue gas and soot contain various metal oxides and non-metal oxides, and may also contain harmful substances, which may pollute the environment.


According to the regulations of the environmental protection department, the exhaust gas generated by the industrial sector can be divided into two categories: exhaust gas containing particulate matter and exhaust gas containing gaseous pollutants. The composition of waste gas produced by aluminum die-casting machines in the production process is relatively complex, including waste gas containing particulate matter and gaseous pollutants. The particulate waste gas is mainly metal oxides and non-metal oxides produced in the smelting process, such as: Mg, The oxides and chlorides of Zn, Ca, Al, Fe, Na, Mg, K, as well as a large amount of carbon ash, etc., constitute the process dust; a small amount of pollutant waste gas is mainly CO, CO 2 generated in the smelting process , NO X , SO 2 , hydrocarbons and volatile metal oxides, etc. To put it simply in our words, the gaseous pollutants produced by aluminum die casting machines are a mixture of dust, oil mist, exhaust gas, etc.
