Recently, a customer came to consult and said that the oil fume produced in the working condition contains a lot of water, and asked whether it could be handled and how to handle it.
At present, our processing logic for this working condition is: first remove the "water", then purify the "smoke", and then flow out the filtered "oil" through the oil collecting port of the equipment. That is to say, this requires a complete set of combined processing systems. Among them, the equipment for processing "oil fume" is the electrostatic oil fume removal equipment developed by our company. There are 4 different configurations of ESM, ESM-S, PSH and PSM-S to choose from. However, a more specific and detailed purification scheme requires our business managers to design one-to-one according to the on-site conditions.
In addition to this combined treatment scheme, we are also experimenting with improving the structure of the equipment to achieve this effect directly with a single device. Stay tuned.
