Project Overview

There are more than 60 closed and semi-closed machine tools on site, the main equipment is Swiss-type lathes, CNC lathes, automatic lathes, automatic drilling machines and CNC machining centers. Swiss-type lathes and some CNC lathes use cutting oil, while the remaining lathes, machining centers and other equipment use water-soluble cutting fluid with a concentration of 10%. The main exhaust gas forms are oil mist and some water vapor.

Centralized oil mist collection system

The workshop has both cutting oil mist and cutting fluid mist, and needs to consider two different oil mist characteristics at the same time. The GrassGreen ESM model is suitable for this working condition .

After the system was installed, the purification effect was obvious and the oil mist in the workshop no longer existed.
