Dust source :

The newly built factory welding workshop is equipped with several Panasonic welding machines. During welding, a large amount of welding smoke is generated, which causes air quality pollution in the welding workshop and seriously affects the health of workers.

System Introduction

This system combines welding fume purification with temperature and humidity control. The combined system of dust removal and temperature and humidity control consists of three parts, namely welding fume exhaust system, dust removal system, and temperature and humidity control return air system. The air purified by the welding fume dust removal system is sent to the return air section, mixed with fresh air and then enters the mixed air section. After the mixed air, it enters the primary and medium efficiency filtration sections, and is cooled and dehumidified by the surface cooling section before being sent to the room through the air supply fan.

 

Master PLC control system

As the core control unit of the whole system, it is responsible for the intelligent centralized control of the whole dust removal system. It can automatically control the motor, air valve, fresh air return ratio, air supply temperature, etc. It can determine the operation mode according to the season, monitor temperature, humidity, fire protection, pressure difference, and dust online detection to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
