The project unit is an aviation forging company founded in 1965. The company has strong forging capabilities and has a series of matching R&D and production capabilities such as forging equipment, mold manufacturing, forging, precision casting, heat treatment, machining, and physical and chemical testing. It can produce forgings of different materials such as titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, stainless steel, structural steel, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper alloy, and emerging intermetallic compounds.

Working conditions

The company has several CNC machining centers in its production workshop. The oily cutting fluid evaporates to form oil mist , which is suitable for electrostatic filtration technology . Since the owner is considering a one-to-one filtration solution, the machine model should be on-board.
