Project Overview

The project unit is a production enterprise specializing in the production of automobile parts. The company's machining workshop needs to use a large amount of metal cutting fluid when machining automobile parts. The metal cutting fluid needs to go through pump circulation, high flow rate and high pressure to cool and lubricate the tool during use, and a large amount of heat in the cutting area is transferred into the cutting fluid, causing the cutting fluid to evaporate, so it is inevitable to form oil mist and enter the air.

Due to the large number of processing equipment in the workshop, the owner finally chose a centralized treatment solution after comprehensively considering the purification effect and investment cost.

Purification equipment introduction

This treatment solution uses GrassGreen ESM central electrostatic oil mist collector as the core purification facility and pre-treatment component. The oil mist is first filtered by the pre-treatment component and then enters the electrostatic filtration section. When the oil mist gas passes through the high-voltage electrostatic field, it will be instantly separated by electricity, so the dust particles combine with negative ions and carry negative charges, and finally settle on the positively charged metal plate. In this way, the air originally carrying dust particles will be purified after passing through the equipment. Under the action of the negative pressure of the fan, the clean air is discharged into the air through the fan and pipeline.
