The project owner is an automobile parts manufacturer. There is a 3500T die-casting machine on site. The die-casting process produces a large amount of oil mist and oil fume exhaust gas, which harms the health of workers and pollutes the external environment. An overall treatment plan is needed to treat the exhaust gas and ensure that it meets the emission standards.
Purification solution - collection hood linked to die casting machine
The collection method designed by GrassGreen for the die-casting machine is a movable collection hood. The dust collection hood is an integral movable hood (moves according to the movement of the equipment). The exhaust hood adopts an electric split structure. When working, the hood is in a closed state and can handle more than 95% of the aerosol volume to ensure the safety of the workshop environment. There will be obstacles in the process of replacing the mold. In the process of combining the on-site design of the structural parts, the split structure is adopted to ensure that the mold replacement and maintenance of the die-casting machine are not hindered.
Purification equipment-stand-alone oil mist treatment equipment for die casting machine
GrassGreen provides the die-casting machine with ESH die-casting machine-specific oil mist treatment equipment, which can be directly installed near the die-casting machine without pipelines. The purification equipment mainly consists of a water vapor filtration unit, an electrostatic adsorption part, a high-efficiency filtration unit, a fan, an automatic cleaning part, an electric control, a bracket, a platform, etc. The filtered smoke can be discharged indoors.
