Introduction to the project unit

A pharmaceutical group was founded in 1987. It is a large modern group company with 7 subsidiaries and its own power plant and sewage treatment plant. The group mainly produces avermectin , enramycin and chlortetracycline .

Project Overview

There are three conical dryers, one mixer and a spray dryer in the emamectin benzoate workshop, which produce dust and pungent odor. The dust has a certain recycling value, so dust recovery and deodorization are required.

Equipment selection

According to the characteristics of dust, GrassGreen cartridge dust collectors and activated carbon box are selected for combined treatment , and the purified air is discharged through the chimney .

Recovered dust by the these collectors can be reused .
