l Longer service life of the cartridge filters :

n Because the filtration method is bottom in and top out, a deflector and a settling chamber are set up at the lower air inlet, which can reduce the contact between dust and the filter element and reduce the wear of the filter element;

n The built-in sedimentation chamber has a certain pre-separation function. For dust whose gravity is greater than the upward floating force, it will be deposited into the dust bucket through pre-separation and no longer exert a load on the filter element.

n The special design of the downward air inlet also allows dust to enter the filter more uniform inside the container.

l Save operating costs:

n The filtration work is almost entirely completed by the PTFE-coated surface layer. The surface is a barrier that prevents submicron particles from entering and becoming embedded in the filter media beneath the PTFE membrane. This way, the pressure cannot increase quickly, significantly reducing power requirements.

l Save compressed air:

n Since dust remains on the surface instead of under the PTFE coating layer, it is easy to be blown away from the PTFE coating layer by pulses. Therefore, compared with traditional depth media, compressed air pulsation blowing can be greatly reduced. number of scans.
