GrassGreen ESH die-casting dedicated electrostatic oil mist collector is a mature and standardized oil mist collection hood + purifier system designed according to the working characteristics of the die-casting machine .

This system has a mature linkage system that can automatically cooperate with the die-casting machine without affecting normal production,can be installed directly above the die-casting machine without the need for pipelines on site. It can not only reduce energy consumption, but also ensure good oil mist collection effect and avoid oil mist diffusion.

Technical features:

The collecting hood and side seals are modular structures, which meet the overall lifting requirements and facilitate the later maintenance, disassembly and assembly of the die-casting machine;

The collection hood is divided into split and integral designs. The split structure is used for automatic shifting of the collection hood, which is convenient for automated control and takes into account both exhaust gas collection and on-site working conditions.

Equipped with industrial standard platforms, safety guardrails, support columns, and maintenance stairs;

Breaking the traditional design concept, there are no pipelines on site, which not only reduces the maintenance and cleaning inside the pipeline, but also eliminates the safety hazard of spontaneous combustion caused by long-term oil accumulation in the pipeline.

Small wind resistance, strong suction and high purification efficiency;

The fan, purification module and compressor can be started and stopped in conjunction with each other or operated with variable frequency, which is more energy-efficient.

Optional automatic cleaning control system, movable, all-round, no dead angle, more thorough cleaning;

Optional UV or activated carbon deodorization system to meet the strict deodorization requirements of the workshop;

Long service life, up to 12-15 years.

 

work process :

1. The main structure of the equipment consists of a bracket, an oil collecting chamber, a stainless steel wire mesh defogger filter, a charging area, a dust collecting area, an electronic control system and a fan.

2. The dust-laden gas enters through the air inlet of the collection hood. After entering, the flow cross-section becomes larger and the air flow rate decreases. Large particles of oil mist and smoke fall into the liquid accumulation tank under the action of their own gravity, and the polluted air containing smaller oil mist enters the pre-treatment stainless steel wire mesh. After rectification, collision, condensation and other processes, the oil mist and smoke are blocked on the wire mesh, condensed into droplets, and fall into the liquid accumulation tank under the action of gravity.

3. The polluted air containing fine smoke and oil mist enters the electrostatic filtration section. Under the action of the 12KV DC high voltage field in the charging area (ionization area), the gas is ionized to produce a large number of free electrons and positive ions. When the oil-containing gas passes through the space where certain ions and electrons exist, the ions and electrons will attach to the smoke. The smoke attached with negative ions and electrons will be negatively charged, and the smoke attached with positive ions and electrons will be positively charged.

4. The smoke with electric charge comes out from the charging area and enters the dust collecting area. Under the action of 6KV electric field force, the charged smoke moves in the opposite direction of its polarity. The smoke is adsorbed on the electrode, and the fine smoke and oil mist are separated. Clean air is directly discharged into the air through the fan under the action of the negative pressure of the fan.

 

Specifications:

This system has 5 standard models, which can be matched with 280-400T, 500-650T, 800-900T, 1000-1250T and 1600-2000T die-casting machines respectively.
